Transforming Healthcare: AIS Healthcare Leads the Way in Targeted Drug Delivery and Advanced Infusion Care

AIS Healthcare AIS Healthcare is a leading supplier of infusion services and targeted drug delivery (TDD) to the healthcare market. They are committed to improving the lives of patients and healthcare professionals and enhancing healthcare providers’ integrity. AIS goes beyond healthcare professional standards to ensure that medicines and services are of the highest quality imaginable. The organization invests heavily in patient safety and primary care.

Targeted Drug Delivery, a division of AIS, manages two novel 503A specialty drug products. These pharmacies exceed industry and government standards by producing exceptionally high-quality medicines. A new technique combining aseptic processing and extremity sterilization is used. This provides unparalleled infertility certainty and a Beyond-Use-Date (BUD) for patient-specific prescriptions. Each year, pharmacies manufacture and ship more than 140,000 patient-specific prescriptions, primarily focusing on raising the TDD standard.

Its Advanced Infusion Care division provides primary infusion therapy to patients at home. Their highly trained nurses provide quality patient care, including intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SubQ) immunoglobulin. For example, hospital doctors, nurse acupuncturists, and nurses work together to provide comprehensive care and support to patients. Nurse infusion specialists provide infusion care to patients in the comfort of their residences and instruct patients to pump and operate an infusion pump themselves. To ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality care, the nursing staff at AIS is available 24/7 and in close contact with their patients’ attending physicians.

The United Reciprocal Accreditation Commission (URAC) issued specialty pharmacy licenses for two compounding dispensaries in Mississippi and Texas. URAC is a non-profit organization focused on accreditation and new technologies to improve healthcare. This accreditation demonstrated its commitment to advancing quality care at the forefront of improvement throughout the process. AIS was also accredited by the United States Accreditation Council (URAC) and the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC).
