Speaking Freely
Established in 1994, the Alliance Defending Freedom, or ADF, always stands for the First Amendment rights of those who speak their minds from the standpoints of faith and religious conviction. This right applies not only within the walls of a house of worship or familial home, it is absolute in the public square as well.
College students and other young people at the mercy of teachers and administrators who violate the right to champion the Constitution on campuses. Through its Center for Academic Freedom, ADF defends these students under siege.
Worshipping Freely
Giving honor to the Deity is often viewed as a threat to a free society today — a danger to the “separation of church and state.” The non-establishment clause is now distorted to mean that faith is forbidden in public discourse. From traditional marriage views to public prayers and readings, the Alliance Defending Freedom fights for the faithful all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
