Projects of the Alliance Defending Freedom
Through Alliance Defending Freedom, they have successfully reduced and eliminated legislation that discriminates against people of faith. They are also involved in more than a dozen court cases around the United States to defend the fundamental freedoms and liberties guaranteed by our Constitution. Some cases, such as Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., took place recently, while others have been ongoing since last year.
The team has also succeeded in education over the past decade. They helped to develop a new history curriculum for public schools in Arizona that provided students with a complete and balanced understanding of American history, including the religious influences that drove many key events in our nation’s history.
